Data is what we do best.  We generate data, process data, report data, and safely store data.  The data is what you need, what you want, and what you pay us for.  As a result, we believe that you should be able to have what you want, when you want it, and in the format you want it.  For these reasons we embarked on an elaborate software coding project a number of years ago.  Although we are still coding, still modifying, still refining, the current system is quite impressive.  It enables us to provide you with reports almost immediately after the analysis is complete.  Reports are automatically faxed or e-mailed (as self viewing pdf’s) to your predetermined location and mailed the same day or following morning.

Not hand written or draft reports, but final, signed copies.  Because of the flexibility of our system, custom formats can be developed on a client by client basis.  One of the priceless capabilities of our system is that of uploading the data directly to our client's computer system via e-mail.  This enables them to import the data directly into their reports without any need for data entry.

In fact, many of our clients receive no paper from us at all.  Most currently download everything they need directly from the website.  Final reports, copies of submitted chain of custody forms, invoices, etc, can all be downloaded from the website any time of day, from anywhere in the world.  All that is needed is an internet connection!  Due to the fact that all data remains available for five years, there is never any worry about being able to get your hands on what you need whenever that may be!
